Ed Sheeran was seen among the spectators on the sixth day of the PDC World Darts Championship.

 

A large number of darts enthusiasts gathered at Alexandra Palace for the afternoon session on Friday, occurring less than 24 hours after the elimination of No. 2 seed Michael Smith.

Michael van Gerwen was the focal point of Friday's matches, facing James Harrell in the second round.Ed Sheeran was seen in his seat early in the afternoon, enjoying the initial matches while consuming beers.The pop star appeared to be in high spirits as he witnessed caravan salesman Alexander Merkx triumph over window cleaner Stephen Burton with a score of 3-0.

Sheeran is familiar with attending significant sporting events, having been seen at several Ipswich matches this season.He joined in the festivities at Ally Pally, consuming six pints after encouragement from an exuberant crowd.
